What you pour out is just the beginning.
G&Tea was built on real ingredients with real character – rooibos that carries the terroir of South Africa’s Cederberg mountains, a London Dry gin distilled for precision and depth, and clover honey that rounds every sip. That kind of complexity doesn’t disappear when you add a spirit. It opens up. These are our first experiments. They won’t be the last.
Smoky meets earthy. The rooibos richness marries the agave smoke of mezcal for something bold, complex, and deeply satisfying.
Tropical soul meets South African roots. The vibrant passion fruit and warmth of rum lift the honey sweetness and add a sun-drenched depth to the rooibos.
Bitter meets botanical. The herbal bitterness of Campari finds its foil in the natural sweetness of rooibos and honey – aperitivo hour, reimagined.

Absolutely. Both Original and Passion Fruit work beautifully as cocktail bases. Original lends itself to smoky and spirit-forward combinations. Passion Fruit shines in tropical and citrus-led builds. Experiment freely — that’s what the Playground is for.
Always serve chilled. Keep unopened cans refrigerated or on ice. For cocktails, use plenty of fresh ice to preserve the carbonation and keep flavors bright.
G&Tea contains 7% ABV so it cannot be made non-alcoholic. However, the flavors pair beautifully with non-alcoholic spirits if you’re looking to experiment with lower-ABV builds.

Yes. The Playground is designed to grow. We’re working with mixologists to develop new recipes and will continue adding seasonal and flavour-specific builds as the brand evolves.
